Anal Gland Check & Excretion
Yep, it’s not glamorous—but it’s necessary. If your dog’s been scooting or licking “back there,” we’ll check and gently empty the glands, no extra charge.
Tick & Flea Rinse (If Needed)
If we find any unwelcome guests, we’ll use a gentle tick and flea eliminator to evict them, safely and effectively.
Drying Done Right
We towel dry first, then use an adjustable blow dryer to finish off—no loud or overly hot blasts. Just warm air and a fluffier coat at the end.
Ears, Eyes, Nails – All Sorted
We clean their ears, wipe down their eyes, and trim their nails neatly and safely.
Final Touches
We spritz an antibacterial spray, apply coat powder or deodoriser, and—if you like—add a cute accessory. Because why not?

Dematting (When It’s Safe to Do So)
We’ll only demat if your dog won’t suffer in the process. If the matting is severe, we’ll call you to chat through the best option. No pain, no drama.
Puppy’s First Groom
Young pups have sensitive little bodies and minds. We gently introduce them to grooming after their vaccinations so they don’t associate it with fear.
Nose & Paw Butter
